Berbeda dengan mikroprosesor yang hanya terdiri dari <em>CPU(Central Processing Unit)<\/em> di dalamnya, mikrokontroler selain terdiri dari <em>CPU(Central Processing Unit)<\/em> juga sudah dilengkapi dengan memori, <em>port input output (I\/O)<\/em>, <em>timer<\/em>, <em>port paralel, port serial<\/em> dan rangkaian pendukung lainnya. Salah satu mikrokontroler yang banyak digunakan adalah mikrokontroler produksi Atmel, yaitu ATmega8535. ATmega8535 tersedia dalam berbagai kemasan sebagai berikut : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/galuhratna.alza.web.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Kemasan-ATmega8535-1-1024x381.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-707\" width=\"946\" height=\"351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/galuhratna.alza.web.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Kemasan-ATmega8535-1-1024x381.png 1024w, https:\/\/galuhratna.alza.web.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Kemasan-ATmega8535-1-300x111.png 300w, https:\/\/galuhratna.alza.web.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Kemasan-ATmega8535-1-768x285.png 768w, https:\/\/galuhratna.alza.web.id\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Kemasan-ATmega8535-1.png 1340w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 946px) 100vw, 946px\" \/><figcaption>Jenis Kemasan Mikrokontroler ATmega8535 &#8211; sumber : datasheet ATmega8535<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Fitur-fitur yang dimiliki oleh ATmega8535 antara lain :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>merupakan mikrokontroler 8-bit dengan kinerja yang tinggi<\/li><li>berarsitektur RISC (<em>Reduce Instruction Set Computer<\/em>) dengan 130 instruksi yang <em>powerful<\/em>, 32 x 8 <em>general purpose register<\/em><\/li><li>memori nonvolatile yaitu jenis memori yang dapat ditulis dan dihapus, namun masih menyimpan data meski dalam keadaan off atau tanpa catu daya<\/li><li>512 Bytes EEPROM dan 512 Bytes SRAM internal<\/li><li>fasilitas untuk keamanan perangkat lunak<\/li><li> 2&#215;8-bit <em>timers\/counters<\/em> dan sebuah <em>timer\/counter<\/em> 16-bit<\/li><li><em>real timer counter<\/em> dengan osilator terpisah <\/li><li> 4 kanal PWM (<em>Pulse Width Modulation<\/em>)<\/li><li>8 kanal dengan 10-bit ADC(<em>Analog to Digital Convertion<\/em>) pada setiap kanalnya<\/li><li>antarmuka serial yang dapat diprogram baik untuk USART (<em>Universal Synchronous and Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter<\/em>) maupun SPI (<em>Serial Pheripheral Interface<\/em>)<\/li><li><em>watchdog timer<\/em> yang dapat diprogram<\/li><li>komparator analog <\/li><li>32 pin atau line input output yang dapat diprogram<\/li><li>beroperasi pada tegangan 2.7 &#8211; 5.5 Volt untuk ATmega8535L dan 4.5 &#8211; 5.5 Volt untuk ATmega8535<\/li><li>kecepatan mengolah instruksi 0-8 MHz untuk ATmega8535L dan 0-16 MHz untuk ATmega8535<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Datasheet ATmega8535 dapat dibaca pada <a href=\"https:\/\/ww1.microchip.com\/downloads\/en\/DeviceDoc\/doc2502.pdf\">link ini.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berikut ini bentuk fisik ATmega8535 dengan kemasan PDIP. Adapun deskripsi masing-masing pin adalah sebagai berikut : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Vcc<\/strong> : disambungkan dengan sumber tegangan digital<\/li><li><strong>GND<\/strong> : disambungkan dengan Ground<\/li><li><strong>Port A (PA0..PA7)<\/strong> : pin 33 \u2013 40 (8 pin), disediakan untuk input analog yang akan diproses oleh ADC (Analog to Digital Converter). Jika ADC tidak diaktifkan, port A ini dapat berfungsi sebagai port input maupun output<\/li><li><strong>Port B (PB0..PB7)<\/strong> : pin 1 \u2013 8 (8 pin) berfungsi sebagai input maupun output dengan resistor pull-up internal<\/li><li><strong>Port C (PC0..PC7)<\/strong> : pin 21 \u2013 29 (8 pin) berfungsi sebagai input maupun output dengan resistor pull-up internal<\/li><li><strong>Port D (PD0..PD7)<\/strong> : pin 14 \u2013 21 (8 pin) berfungsi sebagai input maupun output dengan resistor pull-up internal. Port D juga menyediakan berbagai fitur khusus ATmega8535 seperti transmitter (TXD), receiver(RXD) dan interrupt (INT)<\/li><li><strong>RESET :<\/strong> me-reset input dengan memberikan&nbsp; level rendah sekitar 0.2 volt \u2013 0.9 volt selama lebih dari panjangnya pulsa minimum.
